We have an immediate sphere of influence, family friends, people in the studio, generally people you meet everyday.

Circle of Concern, Circle of Influence, Proactivity.

Develop a vision of your future, create a principle-centered personal mission statement. Extend the mission into long term goals.

-Pause to listen- Give all your attention, give yourself to the moment.
-Empathize walk in someone else’s shoes.
-Don’t re-iterate or interpret – just listen.
-Do you really know how they feel or are you just saying how you feel?
